I really can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience with Gozo’s catering was! I placed the inquiry for catering and received an email from Rick within hours. His communication was clear and thorough as we planned the event. On the day of the event, Rick and Jacob arrived early to set-up, and proceeded to spread joy and ice cream from start to finish. We chose the Tres Leches, Vanilla, and Strawberry sorbet, and the toppings were super fun. The service that Jacob and Rick provided was absolutely perfect, and every person at the party was mentioning how much they enjoyed the ice cream. Prices were fantastic, especially given the ease for us, as hosts. I would 100% recommend this fun dessert catering to anyone. It was the highlight of our party! Thank you, Jacob, Rick, and Gozo’s!

This was a nice unexpected ice cream experience for me. I found out that Gozo’s was created to provide an additional avenue to uphold the dignity of individuals with disabilities to gain work experience. We were enthusiastically greeted and provided with friendly service. One of the team members was somewhat flustered as there was somewhat of a sudden flurry of customers and was able to compose himself after the two members collaborated their responsibilities to serve in an efficient manner. I loved that the team member at the counter was able to explain the different ice cream flavors, offered sample tastings appropriately and even explained that there was no additional charge for their toppings. I noticed He was also trying to keep the place clean as we walked in. He was super friendly as he greeted everyone. Everyone who goes downtown should support this business offering to improve our community.

Exploiting people with special needs is crazy. There isn’t anyone there to make sure food items are correct so I don’t blame employees. But the milk shake was terrible and it wasn’t even filled fully. I was disappointed and would never support this company.

This is by far the best ice cream place in El Paso. It is creamy, flavorful, not too sweet, made with love, and has a variety of flavors! The matcha mocha and Dino dig were heavenly. Employees are always so sweet, professional, and helpful! The decor inside as well makes me feel happy and welcomed. 1000000/10

First time to come here. Was just walking around and passed by, so decided to try it without knowing about it I think there is important things to know before you go First; they hire people with disabilities mainly (down syndrome, etc..). Which is very nice, and they’re actually very competent and able to communicate perfectly well! Second; they accept tips in cash only! Like you can pay by card, but can’t tip with it, which is very annoying as I wanted to tip so bad, but I don’t carry cash around! They have small selection of flavors. We got the tres leches and loco chocolate. Both were nice, but you better give it couple of minutes before eating as it needs to thaw a little to get a better taste Overall, happy we have a place like that in our city! Wish they would allow non-cash tipping!
